Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of NoSubs, a language-learning application operated by Team Seven. By using NoSubs, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility and accounts

You must be legally able to enter into these Terms. You are responsible for accurate account information, for safeguarding access to your account, and for activity performed through it. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.

2. The NoSubs service

NoSubs helps you create language-learning materials from supported content links and provides libraries, transcripts, sentence practice, flashcards, progress tracking, and related features. Features and supported sources may change as we improve the service.

3. Your content and acceptable use

You retain any rights you hold in content you submit. You grant us a limited license to host, process, reproduce, and transform submitted content only as needed to provide and improve NoSubs. You must have the necessary permission to submit and use content with the service.

You may not use NoSubs to:

• Violate law, intellectual-property rights, privacy rights, or third-party platform terms.
• Upload malicious code, interfere with the service, evade limits, or access systems without authorization.
• Resell, scrape, reverse engineer, or exploit the service except where law expressly permits it.
• Submit unlawful, abusive, exploitative, or harmful material.

4. Subscriptions, billing, and cancellation

Some NoSubs features require an auto-renewable subscription. Prices, billing periods, trials, and any introductory offers are shown before purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple or Google account. Unless canceled, subscriptions automatically renew under the terms shown by the applicable app store. You can manage or cancel through your app-store account settings. Refunds are handled by the store that processed the purchase and subject to its policies.

5. Third-party services and content

NoSubs may interact with third-party platforms and services. We do not own or control those services and are not responsible for their availability, content, policies, or practices. References to third-party brands do not imply sponsorship or endorsement.

6. Our intellectual property

NoSubs, its software, branding, design, and original content are owned by Team Seven or its licensors. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use NoSubs for its intended purpose.

7. Service changes and termination

We may update, suspend, or discontinue features. We may restrict or terminate access when you violate these Terms, create risk or harm, or where required by law. You may stop using NoSubs at any time and can delete your account from Settings in the app.

8. Disclaimers

NoSubs is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Transcripts, translations, and generated learning materials may contain errors and should not be relied on as professional advice.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Team Seven and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of data, revenue, profits, or goodwill arising from NoSubs. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. We will post revised Terms here with a new effective date and provide additional notice when appropriate. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
